SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK - 3-5 days
US & Europe - 1-2 weeks

Shipments are sent via recorded delivery, meaning they require a signature. I will do my best to meet these estimates but they are not guaranteed. Please be aware that because the prints are made to order, processing time may vary. But your print will be hot off the press!

UK mainland recorded express shipping is free. From dispatch, your print should arrive within 1-2 working days. International shipping is subsidised to the same value. International prices vary, but typically are greater the further from the UK you are.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the territory you are ordering from. If you are not able to place an order to your region, please contact me and I'll see what I can do.

Orders include shipping insurance, but please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

RETURNS

Due to the limited and unique nature of these products I cannot accept refunds or exchanges unless the conditions of the original sale are not fulfilled (i.e. the buyer receives a damaged product). Once signed and numbered, the print becomes one-of-a-kind. That said, if you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me; I want to ensure the best experience possible and may be able to make an exception. If you have made a mistake or need to amend your order, you may do so in the period after payment and before dispatch by getting in touch.

In the unlikely event of your artwork being damaged during transit, please get in touch via the contact form on the website within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement. In this event, the buyer will not be responsible for covering the shipping fees when returning the damaged product. Similarly, in the unlikely event of a shipment being lost in the mail, a replacement will be made available.
